Dental Crowns : Nurten

Imagine being born without the two teeth — the two on either side of the two in front — so essential for completing a charming smile! But that was Nurten’s luck and, over time, the missing teeth had caused several gaps in her upper jaw. A long-ago solution had required placing four very large crowns in the gaps to give the appearance of normalcy, but the gaps were too big to give the crowns the right proportions. We carefully studied the options, and decided that replacing the four front crowns and adding four additional porcelain veneers would allow us to correct the gaps by distributing the extra space between eight teeth, instead of four. The results were spectacular! Nurten was so ecstatic about her new smile that she could not wait to add porcelain veneers to the bottom front teeth, giving her — at last –the smile she had hoped for all her life.
