Veneers: Diane Neal

With a busy acting career as district attorney Casey Novak on LAW AND ORDER: SVU, Diane Neal rarely has time for herself, let alone for cosmetic dentistry. For ten months out of the year Diane is busy shooting for the show, so she has only a small window of opportunity in the summer to improve her smile. When we began working together, Diane was missing two teeth in her upper arch. One was the Canine (eye tooth), the other was a premolar. This had left gaps between her teeth, which had been corrected with porcelain veneers about 10 years ago. However, she was never satisfied with her smile. She felt that her teeth looked too big — especially the front two. What also detracted from her smile was the dull color of these veneers. What we were able to accomplish for Diane was to replace her existing veneers and add two more further back in order to fill in her naturally beautiful smile also, we slightly raised the gum line on two of her back teeth to create a broader and fuller smile. Best of all: we were able to accomplish all of this just in time for the Emmys!
