Vincent came to our office unhappy with the gaps on his front teeth and wanted a permanent solution. After careful analysis of tooth proportions in relation to his smile and his facial features, we decided to place porcelain laminates on 10 upper teeth. Vincent had a broad arch that made his back teeth visible when he smiled, although this is desirable,it draws unwanted attention to gaps between the teeth. Vincent’s smile makeover required thoughtful planning and diligent preparation. The ultimate goal wih any makeover is to enhance and improve the smile,at the same time introducing balance and harmony with facial features and avoiding a sense of artificiality. Just as critical,the new smile must function properly.
